All Redback Sport products are covered by a 12 month replacement guarantee. If your item should become defective from faulty workmanship or faulty materials then we will replace it with a new item. Of course, normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

Also, after purchasing your Redback product, should you not be satisfied with it, just return it with the receipt to where you purchased it within 7 days and we will offer you a full refund.
